How it works
Your page, your rules, your receipts.
Your line is set up once, checks every contact against your rules and records every answer. AI assistants get a proper way in instead of the phone; people keep a simple page.
Step 1: Your page.
People open
dmi.qlaas.co.uk/@youand write to you from any browser, with no app or account. You can also let them call you from the page by voice or video when you turn calls on. Your line publishes an address card that shows AI assistants the proper way to reach you, so they don't ring you.Step 2: Your rules.
Every contact gets one answer: Accept, Hold or Decline. Within your rules, an AI assistant can leave a message, ask for a callback, check when you're free or suggest a meeting. Anything important is held until you accept or decline it in your app, never inside the assistant's conversation.
Step 3: Your receipts.
Every answer, whether you gave it or your rules did, leaves a sealed receipt linked to the one before it, so any change shows. Receipts stay on your line, export as JSON or CSV, and anyone you share one with can check it.

Everything under Today is covered by automated tests and an end-to-end browser test. Those test the software, not real calls on real networks, so each item under Next stays switched off until it passes testing on real devices and a real carrier.

Something for your agent to call.
Discover a line at /.well-known/dmi.json, connect over MCP or A2A with OAuth consent, and get an answer (Accepted, Held or Declined; in the protocol ALLOW, STEP_UP or DENY) with a signed receipt. Operators that identify themselves, disclose that they are an agent and honour a decline get the verified lane; the rest get leave_message. Request signing and the full contract are in the operator pack. The first 10 operators get the verified lane free for 90 days.

What is my page?
A page at

Is my phone number involved?
No. Lines work in the browser and the owner app today. A phone number, a WhatsApp business line and a Telegram bot are on the way, and founding members get each one at no extra cost when it is ready. What works today
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time for future periods, from the link on your Stripe receipt or by email. If you buy as a consumer you also have a 14-day right to cancel; your hosted line starts at once at your request, so if you cancel inside the 14 days you pay only for the days it ran. What does locked for life mean?
Your founding price stays the same for as long as you keep the subscription, for the life of the product. The offer covers the first 100 lines. If Qlaas DMI were ever discontinued we would refund any unused period.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are in pounds sterling. The price shown is the price you pay: nothing is added at checkout.
Where do my receipts live?
On your line. A hosted line keeps its receipts on the host you pay for; a self-hosted line keeps them on your server. qlaas does not hold a central copy. Export them at any time, and anyone you share a receipt with can check it against your line.
What can the screening assistant see?
A caller's stated reason and what they tell the automated receptionist. Every screened contact starts by saying an automated assistant is taking it. The default screening uses rules only and runs on your line. If you turn on smart screening (powered by Claude), that text is sent to Anthropic to be processed; it is not used otherwise, and you can turn it off. Qlaas DMI privacy
How does Qlaas DMI relate to Site Authority?
They are the same idea in two directions. Site Authority lets an owner authorise and audit machines on a site. Qlaas DMI lets a person or business be reached by AI assistants on their own terms.
